Michael is a seasoned health IT executive with over 35 years of experience in digital health strategy, program design & management, business & data architecture, interoperability and system design. He has worked on the most pressing health challenges with clients around the world, including US, Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Albania and Tonga. Michael is also a recognized leader and educator and has been invited to speak at conferences in US, Canada, Turkey, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.
Previously, Michael was President & CEO of Gordon Point Informatics (GPi), a global leader in interoperability standards & development, before being acquired by Gevity Consulting.
Louise Brown
Chief Business Development Officer / Management Consultant
Louise is a Certified Management Consultant, a Certified Information Privacy Technologist and Certified Change Management Professional with more than 25 years of experience in the information technology field. She is a highly motivated, results-oriented IT professional with extensive experience across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. Her expertise spans digital health strategy development, systems integration, program management, change management, and information governance across all stages of digital health solution implementation.
Jean Duteau
Chief Technology Officer / Health Standards Architect
Jean is an experienced enterprise architect, systems analyst, and developer with 20+ years of experience in various disciplines and has been working with healthcare systems since 2000. He is a well-known Healthcare Standards evangelist. Jean has been a key participant in the implementation of HL7 messaging and terminology specifications in numerous Canadian jurisdictions as well as in the United States and the United Kingdom. He has worked in clinical and in research systems and has a keen understanding of implementation challenges and resolution strategies.
Susan Rand
Chief Financial Officer / Project Director
Susan is a resourceful, team-oriented leader and team member with almost 30 years of progressive experience in health information technology management. She has spent 20 years within the government health sector in Canada, working in public health, health analytics, health information management, public health and with indigenous populations. Susan’s extensive experience in management and analytical roles throughout her career is augmented by her skills in requirements analysis, quality control, knowledge of data repositories and registries, business intelligence tools, message-based communication standards and concepts.
Lloyd McKenzie
Chief Standards Officer / Health Standards Architect
Lloyd is a healthcare data architect and internationally renowned expert in healthcare data exchange standards, particularly HL7 FHIR. He regularly consults for governmental and private organizations in varying countries and spends a considerable amount of his time guiding community members on how best to use standards to solve their problems. His 20+ years of experience in healthcare standards has given him in-depth knowledge of a range of healthcare domains as well as considerable experience as a facilitator and educator.
